Cù Bòcan released what is believed to be the first peated Scotch matured in ice wine casks. Produced each winter at Tomatin Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, the limited-edition Creations series explores peated whiskies matured in unconventional cask combinations. Featuring expressions from Knockdhu, Glen Elgin, Mortlach, Craigellachie and Balmenach distilleries, the whiskies are aged from 10 to 24 years, sherry cask–matured and bottled at natural cask strength.
