💫 Back in 2012 we worked with @TheGlenrothes to create a more premium version of their standard whisky bottle and it’s great to see the same decanter design still being used nearly 10 years later, most recently with their 50 Year Old 🤩
Fun fact 💡 This decanter has been nicknamed 'The Grenade' at Glencairn HQ and although you are right in guessing this is because it looks like a grenade, our NPD Director Scott claimed it's because this decanter "is the bomb!" 💣 😬

Launched in 2012, this Rum at the time was the oldest Rum to be commercially released 🏝 Joy Spence has been called the woman who changed the face of Jamaican Rum and was the first woman to hold the title of Master Blender in the spirits industry 👸🏽 She also became the first woman to receive the National medal for science, technology and innovation 🥇 She had joined Tia Maria who were based next door to Appleton Estate and one day sent her resume to Appleton who were so impressed that they created a new position just for her as Chief Chemist. How's that for a win?! 🙌🏽
