New Whisky Releases: 1901 Launches The Ledger Series as Old Pulteney Unveils Rare 30 & 50 Year Old Expressions

Independent bottler Whisky 1901 launched its new whisky range: The Ledger Series – a collection of carefully chosen casks that celebrate the provenance, individuality and flavour of some of Scotland’s most acclaimed distilleries.  Taking its name from the tradition of record-keeping, it features six releases: Dailuaine Aged 12 Years, Tamnavulin Aged 13 Years, Ardmore Aged 12 Years, Glen Garioch Aged 11 Years, Invergordon Aged 21 Years and Miltonduff Aged 18 Years. Scotland’s Distilleries Unveil New Single Malts, Cocktails and Limited Editions

Speyside’s Tormore Distillery revealed a new permanent core range comprising Tormore Timeless, Tormore 12 Years Old and Tormore 16 Years Old. The collection of three fruit-forward single malts is designed to showcase the distillery’s distinctive fruity and elegant house style. Read More 

Bruichladdich in Islay debuted its new ready-to-drink cocktail collection. The range features four cocktails: a Dry Martini and a White Negroni crafted with The Botanist Gin, a Whisky Sour featuring Bruichladdich’s signature The Classic Laddie single malt, and a Penicillin made with Port Charlotte peated single malt whisky. The Glasgow Distillery partnered with The Good Spirits Co and Glasgow Science Centre to release a limited-edition Glasgow 1770 Recioto Cask Finish. This peated single malt is matured in ex-Bourbon casks before a finishing period of three years in a single Recioto dessert wine barrique from Italy. It celebrates Glasgow’s innovation, ingenuity and enduring spirit as it launches during Glasgow Science Centre’s 25th anniversary year. Read More
