New Whisky Releases: The Heart Cut, Duncan Taylor & Oban Distillery
London-based independent bottler The Heart Cut revealed its 24th limited release – a single cask Ardnamurchan single malt. Distilled at Scotland’s most westerly distillery, the whisky has been matured entirely in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry cask. Read More
Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky announced that it will be expanding its Octave range this year with nearly 1,000 new releases set to more than double the current portfolio. Alongside Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry finishes, the range will expand to include Jamaican rum, Port and Madeira cask finishes. Read More
Oban Distillery has unveiled Little Curiosities, a limited-edition single malt matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Rum casks. Celebrating the town’s history and maritime heritage, the bottle features illustrated artwork while a scavenger hunt running alongside the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race (11–19 July) gives visitors the chance to uncover hidden items and receive a special Oban memento.
